- These rates are for single or double occupancy.
- 8% lodging tax is added to these rates.

Other Details
- Saturday’s require a two night stay
- Young adults 10 years of age are welcome. (Age limit does not apply if all 6 rooms are rented by the same party.)
- This is a non-smoking facility. (We do have ash trays on the porches.)
- No pets allowed. (We have two cats who will not allow it.)
- Prepaid reservations are required.
- Visa and Master Charge are accepted.
- Limited disabled access. Please call for information.
- Check in time is after 3:00 pm. Please advise if you will be later than 3:30 pm.
- Check out is 10:30 am.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel or change your reservation at any time there is a $25 fee. If you cancel or change your reservation within one month of the reservation date, there will not be a refund unless we are able to refill the room for you.

We do occasionally have cancellations. If you would like to be put on a waiting list please let us know the dates you are interested in, room preference, and a phone number where we can reach you.

WHERE ARE WE?
We are located on Hwy. 101 on the Central Oregon Coast, halfway between the towns of Florence and Yachats. (Like YA-Hooo! but YA – Hots!) We are one half mile North of the world famous “Sea Lion Caves.‿ Mile marker #178 & 1/4th.
HOW TO GET HERE FROM INTERSTATE – 5
South from Portland or North from the California border. Take the 195B “Santa Clara – Florence‿ exit just North of Eugene. This is “Beltline Rd.‿ Stay on Beltline until it dead ends. Turn right onto Hwy 126 and stay on 126 until you reach Florence. (About 60 miles.) Turn right onto Hwy. 101 in Florence and drive 12 miles North.

Going North From Florence- Sea Lion Caves…you are about one half mile away.
- Tunnel…you are getting very close.
- State Park sign with lighthouse on it. This is the entrance for public parking. Please enter here if you are not staying at the Bed & Breakfast
- If you are staying at the B&B- Please follow directions on your confirmation letter.
- Newport, Waldport, Yachats:
- Carl Washburne State Park.
- Hair pin curve sign. (15 mph or slower)
- Mile marker 178. GO VERY SLOW, 5 MPH!
