Heceta Lighthouse B&B is revving up for the summer season.   We have several roles to fill. You can choose one or a few, depending on your skill set and interests, and how many hours you want to work.  We cannot wait for you to join our fun dynamic team of professionals!

Roles available:

Event Coordinator/Day of Event Executor – works with the lead event coordinator to prepare and execute small and large events at Heceta Head.  Conduct tours with potential clients.  Manages inventory of catering supplies.

B&B Assistant – A variety of duties throughout the day and across the week: cook and/or serve the 7 Course Breakfast after extensive on the job training, housekeeping, checking in guests, act as concierge, host the Wine and Cheese Social.

Assistant Manager – Be the person in charge when the manager is not present.  Provide support to the team to ensure they are able to take their breaks and have their days off.  Perform admin tasks and take reservations. Perform all duties the B&B Assistant would do, as needed.

Compensation is based on experience and which role(s) you are interested in, but does include paid time off, gratuities, bonuses, employee discounts, and so much more that comes from working at a place you love with people who love what they do!
