November 11th at 1 PM — Florence Veterans Day Parade

Florence Veterans Parade is an annual event that celebrates and recognizes the brave men and women who have served our country in uniform. Come together to honor their sacrifice and dedication.

November 12th from 12 PM to 6 PM — Exploding Whale Memorial Celebration

The 54th Annual Exploding Whale Memorial Celebration is a commemoration for the 1970 event where a beached sperm whale was blown up with dynamite, causing a mess and setting a lesson to not do so again. Join the quirky fun at Homegrown Brewery and Public House!

November 29th and 30th from 10 AM to 4 PM — Florence Festival of Trees

The Oregon Coast Military Museum is hosting their annual Florence Festival of Trees with a free open house on Friday and a ticketed gala on Saturday evening. On Friday, which is "family day", Santa will visit from 1 - 3 p.m. Children's activities include a scavenger hunt, face painting and more. Walk through a winter wonderland with festively decorated holiday trees and wreaths sponsored by local businesses.

Yachats

November 8th through 10th from 10 AM to 8:30 PM — Yachats Celtic Music Festival

The festival is continuing the popular daytime "pub style" format at the Commons. The doors open Friday at noon with free entertainment in the Commons. Enjoy three days of free, and ticket required concerts, workshops, jamming, dancing, vendors and whisky tasting. Celtic inspired food and beverages will be available in the Commons during the festivities. Five concerts will take place in the beautiful Yachats Community Presbyterian Church.

November 9th from 12 PM to 3:30 PM — ONA Wine Tasting and Pop-Up Market
